Personal Experience
Vasili S. Hernandez has over 14 years of experience as an attorney. Vasili has successfully represented hundreds of victims in South Florida and New York who were injured as a result of accidents. He has obtained large settlements and jury verdicts from insurance companies on their behalf ranging from tens of thousands of dollars to multi-million dollar court verdicts. Vasili was born and raised in Cuba and then immigrated to the United States with his family when he was 20 years old.
After arriving in Miami from Cuba, he moved to New York City where he lived for the next 20 years before settling permanently in Miami. Vasili graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the City University of New York at Hunter College. Immediately thereafter, he received a full academic scholarship to attend the City University of New York School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Hernandez is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York and is currently awaiting admission to the Texas Bar. He is also fluent in French and Spanish, allowing him to understand and communicate well with clients from diverse and varied backgrounds.
